Tustin, CA, May 11, 2012 – ViridiSTOR LLC announced that, for the second year in a row, it has produced the event USB for the OC Human Relations “Awards 41” event held at the City National Grove of Anaheim.

For 41 years OC Human Relations has been honoring law enforcement, schools and community members for their contributions to human relations in Orange County.  In an effort to “go green,” OC Human Relations contracted with ViridiSTOR to produce a content rich memento of the event for attendees and honorees, all housed on individual USB devices.

“We were honored to be selected again to provide our Presenter™ application and USB duplication services to organize content of the event again this year,” said Terry Mullin, CEO of ViridiSTOR. “In addition to memorializing the event for the awardees including videos that highlighted each recipient’s efforts, we expanded the inclusion of sponsor information for the event. In doing so, we enhanced the value of participation and subsequent support of this noteworthy organization.”

“Working again with ViridiSTOR ensured that the event was a big success,” said Rusty Kennedy, Executive Director of OC Human Relations. “Over 500 USB devices were provided to guests that included each awardee’s video interview, in addition to information about our organization. This year, we leveraged the levels of sponsorship to provide information about each sponsor, including video. The sponsors clearly saw the value of this added benefit,” stated Kennedy. “This year, Ali Mullin of ViridiSTOR was the executive producer of the ViridiSTOR USB.  Ali incorporated all of the messages and videos produced for the event, along with the content of over 20 sponsors, and created a keepsake that was amazing,” added Kennedy.

“We are providing the event and conference industry with a new and unique service,” said Mullin. “Unlike other USB duplication services where the organizer spends countless hours collecting and organizing the materials for mastering, we organize and format all of the materials through the use of our Presenter application’s patented interface. Once all of the materials are gathered, we master the information onto the USB where it is “presented” to the user via the Presenter application, which runs on either PCs or Macs. Users of the USB devices are then able to browse, navigate, search, sort and share that information quickly and easily rather than fumbling through folders and files in a typical directory structure.”
